- SALE PRICE AND ODOMETER READING WRITTEN IN CLEARLY
- THE BACK OF THE TITLE FILLED OUT COMPLETELY (MAKE SURE THE BUYER’S ADDRESS IS WHERE YOU WANT THE TITLE WORK MAILED BACK TO ONCE COMPLETED)
- SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER FOR BUYER(S)
- LEAVE A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL WITH YOUR TOTAL FOR PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE (DEBIT OR CREDIT- THERE IS A 2.75% CHARGE ON THE TOTAL OF YOUR TRANSACTION OR CALL TO MAKE ARRANGEMENT TO PAY BY CHECK
- IF TITLE IS FROM OUT OF STATE, ALL INSPECTIONS MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE THE TRANSFER CAN BE DONE
- FIND VTR FOR SHERIFF INSPECTION AT DRIVE.KY.GOV/FORMS (Form TC96-182) OR ON TABLE ADJACENT TO MOTOR VEHICLE ENTRANCE DOOR
- TITLE TRANSFER PACKETS, AS WELL AS OTHER ESSENTIAL FORMS AND INFORMATION, CAN ALSO BE FOUND ON TABLE
